The subject is ”European Union and Council of Europe, Building healthy and strong democracies starts at the local level”. Jelena will talk about the relevant political issues on the agenda for both The Committe of Regions and The Congress of Local and Regional Authorities in the European Council. She will also shortly talk about the ”Conference of the future of Europe” that took place 2021-2022 and what is what about and the work that is continuing after that.
