To date most organizationsal development models focus on finding and fixing problems. The backside of this is that energy is drained when employees are addressing the shortcomings of the organisation. During this interactive workhop we will realize what will happen with energy when we focus on the strenghts and allows us to dream: "Behind every problem there is a frustrated dream". Especially in the low demand economy is it important to inject energy in the organizations.
