H.E. Rafael Nieto Navia is currently serving as the Ambassador of Colombia to the Nordic countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Island . In this presentation he will show how his country has evolved over the last ten years, in general (violence, security, drug trafficking), its effect on the economy and, mainly, in the foreign investment in mining. H.E. will then impress on his audience the reasons why today Colombia is considered as one of the countries offering many possibilities (CIVETS).
