Like it or not, texts, such as email, web sites, newsletters, brochures, facebook pages etc., are essential when we inform others about our business. Unfortunately, too many write poorly. Even when we finally manage to press ourselves past the first hurdle of actually grinding something out, the result is rarely something that will make the Pulitzer Prize jury do "the wave". But fear not...
