In this talk Louise Lyberg will describe the way she and Bukowskis go about determining if a piece of art is a forgery or not! She will also tell us of how difficult it is sometimes to ensure that a piece of genuine artwork remains genuine.
Louise Lyberg has worked in the world of auction houses since 1984, first at Beijers Auction house where she was Art Manager until 1991. Following the merger of Beijers with Bukowskis she became responsible for Bukowskis Art department until 2005. Even today Louise acts as a senior art advisor to Bukowskis. Louise has written two books, "Swedish History of Art" and a biography on Emil Johanson-Thor entitled "Målaren, grafikern och konstpolitiken".
